Refund Policy
**Refunds:**
All fees and payments made to Strings of Symphony Music School are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to a case-by-case review.

**Cancellations:**
Cancellation of enrollment in a course or program must be requested in writing. Cancellation requests received before the start of the course may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to administrative fees. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the course or program has commenced.

**Course Changes:**
Strings of Symphony Music School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses or programs. In such cases, enrolled students will be notified, and options for refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

**Discontinuation of Service:**
In the event that Strings of Symphony Music School discontinues a course or program, enrolled students will be offered alternatives, such as a transfer to another course or a pro-rata refund.
